Steve Fieldus
Founder and Managing Director
Steve has been involved in the heavy transport industry for 30 years. In this time he has established Transforce as a modern and progressive transport company. Steve’s vast experience in all areas of the transport industry led to his appointment to the Board of Natroad – the peak Australian body representing road transport operators.
Steve was awarded Business Leader of the Year in 2016 by the NSW Business Chamber and also the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce.
James Josephs
Manager Warehousing and Distribution
James provides vital knowledge and experience to the logistics arm of our business.
He has management experience in warehousing and distribution with businesses in central west NSW and has a strong network of on-forwarders throughout the region. James provides daily advice, guidance and oversight for the storage and distribution aspects of the business.
The strong relationships he has cultivated with small owner-operators and mutli-national carriers are an asset to our operations.
